Refund Policy

Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after the delivery time of the rental item. If 7 days have passed since your rental agreement, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund for the cost of the machine rental the machine must be:

  • Verified non-operational for part of the rental period (pro-rated refunds apply).
  • Verified as non-operational as a result of normal usage.
  • A replacement machine was not provided within 3 hrs of notification of the defect.

In cases where the machine developed a defect part way through the rental period – a pro-rated refund will usually be offered from the time notification of the defect was received.

Refunds

Once the machine has been collected and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
